MULLBERRY & RAPSBERRY CRUMBLE
1 cup mulberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 sugar
Combine all in a large mixing bowl, let sit for 10 min.
HOMEMADE CRUST
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons milk
Combine flour and salt, add oil and milk while tossing with a fork until mixture forms a ball. Wrap the dough and refrigerate for at least one hour. After an hour cover baking sheet with wax paper and roll the dough out into an 11 in circle, discard wax paper. Then spoon in the fruit and chocolate mixture, fold the edges up. Bake at 400 for 25-30 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
